The fund is an ELTIF that focuses on long-term investments in assets that are generally illiquid and require investors to commit their capital for a correspondingly long period of time. There is a possibility that investors will not recover their initial capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Future returns are not guaranteed and the capital invested may be lost.
A summary of investor rights in German is available on the website of the capital management company (KVG) appointed for the fund, HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH, based in Hamburg, at www.hansainvest.de.
Investors will be informed at least once a year (in the annual report) about the jurisdictions in which RockPhant has invested.
The distribution of the fund may be revoked at any time in accordance with the provisions of the KAGB.
